Refund Policy

Payment processing

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all payment, invoicing, and refund processing.

Alert credit packs

Alert credit packs are one-time purchases. There is no subscription, no automatic renewal, and no recurring charge.

Credits never expire. Unused alerts remain available forever.

Unused packs

Unused alert credit packs are refundable within 14 days of purchase if no credits from that pack have been used.

Refunding a pack also removes any benefits included with the purchase, such as ad-free access.

Used packs

Once any credit from a pack has been used, the purchase is non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
