Correction Territory is an informational platform that helps users explore how stocks, ETFs, indexes, cryptocurrencies, metals, and similar assets compare to their historical all-time highs and related metrics (such as correction range and upside potential). We are not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, bank, or financial institution. We do not execute trades, hold customer funds, or manage portfolios on your behalf.

2. No Investment Advice

Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or asset. All content is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. 11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CORRECTION TERRITORY AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR INVESTMENT LOSSES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Correction Territory and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
